Traditional Samoan umu Feast
Celebrate something unforgettable. For special occasions we arrange a traditional Samoan umu feast — local seafood, garden vegetables, and meats slow-cooked to perfection in an underground oven, the way it has been done for centuries.
This is not part of everyday dining. An umu is by prior arrangement and quote for a group — family gatherings or reunions, not a weekly dinner and not a hired venue.

Family meals and small gatherings use the covered pavilion and garden tables — not a private indoor dining room. Direct guests can reserve one BBQ evening on the booking form.

When the garden is producing, some dishes use herbs and produce grown on the hillside.
